CelesTech is building a network of infrastructure engineers and technical program leaders who deliver AI, data-center, backbone, and interconnect programs end to end—architecture through production operations.

The role families below are the disciplines we staff for infrastructure delivery: network engineering, AI and HPC infrastructure, data-center engineering, backbone and interconnect, automation and observability, reliability and operations, deployment engineering, and infrastructure-focused technical program management. Supporting software, data, and quality skills show up only when they are tied to infrastructure automation, validation, or tooling.

We work with talent ranging from intern through senior principal, but a listed family is not a confirmed opening unless we say so. U.S. interest includes Dallas, Austin, the Bay Area, New York City, and other markets; remote, hybrid, or onsite depends on the program.
