Engagement types
How we deliver
Defined engagement models aligned to program scope, timeline, and operational needs.
Specialist
A named infrastructure specialist—network, data center, AI/HPC, reliability, or technical program leadership—accountable for a defined scope.
Responsibilities. CelesTech supplies the specialist and the engineering judgment for that scope. The client keeps architecture authority and production change control unless the engagement assigns them.
Defined Project
A bounded infrastructure initiative with agreed deliverables, acceptance criteria, and a production handoff.
Responsibilities. CelesTech executes the agreed work products. The client provides access and decisions. Outcomes are those specified in the engagement.
Engineering Pod
An integrated team for one named program, covering architecture, deployment, and operations as a single delivery unit.
Responsibilities. CelesTech coordinates the pod’s day-to-day engineering against the program scope. The client remains accountable for business priorities, production authority, and vendor contracts.
Managed Engineering
Sustained ownership of an agreed operational scope: reliability, change, and lifecycle work after the initial delivery.
Responsibilities. CelesTech carries that operational scope. Priority, change windows, and production approval stay with the client unless the engagement assigns them.
